A conservatory is an excellent way to extend the floorspace of your home, once considered an expensive luxury, modern conservatories have become more and more affordable for all budgets. Modern conservatories can and do have many uses, from an office space to a games room or just somewhere to enjoy being home after a long day at work, all of our conservatories are bespoke to your requirements with many different roofing options, frame designs, door designs and placements and so much more. We take care of the entire project from initial foundation placements through to the finishing touches such as electricals, plumbing and plastering as well as full building regulations and planning permissions so that you don't have to worry about anything, you can sit back relax and watch your new room come to life before your very eyes.

 

The service we provide

  • Survey- One of our surveyors will call out to take measurements and discuss the options available to you with regards to the frames, doors and roof. We will also discuss the finer details with regards to lighting, plumbing and the final finishes.
  • Plans and permissions-After our surveyor visit, our surveyor will draw up the plans for your conservatory and send them out to you. Occasionally new build conservatories require planning permission. We will contact your local authority on your behalf and organise a planning application (if required)
  • Installation-TLM will handle all aspects of the installation, using approved building experts we will complete your project from the ground up. We will carry out the works to a schedule we previously discuss with you and all works will be completed as quickly and as efficiently as possible. At every stage during the installation your property will be cleaned and left how it was when we arrived.
  • Finishing touches-The final touches to your conservatory include the lighting, heating and plastering. Once these are completed we will leave you to enjoy your new space.

Made of timber for increased thermal efficiency, our insulated roof systems achieve U values as low as 0.18 W/M³K creating a comfortable living space that you can use all year round that's up to 90% warmer in the winter! The built in ventilation of our system helps to prevent condensation caused by changes in temperature both internal and external and protects against damp.

We also supply and fit Polycarbonate and glass conservatory roofs!!
